Concession

The last couple days we had a nice south swell in town. The waves were solid 3 feet and really fun. Today it was super clean with the north winds but it was a little smaller than yesterday. Looks like another south swell next week. Dosen't look as big as this past one but its better than nothing.

Ewa

Yesterday I went surfing Ewa with Mitsu and Tako. The waves were 2 feet and nobody was out so it was pretty fun. We tried to get some water footage but it was harder than we thought. Haha.

Lani

Shortboarde Lani's yesterday and it was pretty fun. 3-5ft solid and the current was strong. I felt like I was paddling forever on a shortboard. I videoed Kaito and Brice for a little while but it was impossible to find them. Some how I got luck and I videoed the right person. Haha.

Kelly Surfing

Pidleys

Headed down to Pidleys today in the morning. It was about 2 feet and perfect for longboarding. Here are some clips from today. Thanks Takako for videoing!

Hurricane Neki swell

Here is concessions today. We had some swell from the Hurricane so it was pretty fun. The swell was super west so the rights were long.

Here is the North Shore yesterday. It was epic for a little while then it got onshore. Too bad it didn't stay this way.

Rainy day

Here is the waves at concession today. It was actually better than it looks. It was about 2 feet and a little bumpy but wasn't nearly as crowded as the past few days.

I saw my brother's new schedule for the year and he basically has 3 day weekends every weekend! Thats crazy! They need to do something about the furlough fridays!
I wish UH had those. Maybe the professors at UH could go on strike... Hahaha!

TS Neki

So far it dosen't look like TS Neki is going to come close to Hawaii. Should become a hurricane any moment thou.

fun waves

Here is a pic of courts yesterday. It was solid 3 feet with some solid 4 foot sets when it did come in. Dosen't look that good in this pic but the wind direction got better in the afternoon and it was fun.

After surfing some good waves we ended the day with some Karaoke. I can't sing but at least I tried. Haha! Here is Hoku and Takako singing.

New shoes

We were looking all over for these shoes and we finally found one with the right color at Champs in Kahala Mall.

Mokes

Surfed Mokes this morning and the waves were 3 feet on the sets but slowly dropping. Town is still small but rideable. SHould have some solid waves this weekend in town but I bet everyone is goin to be on it.

Chuns

Surfed ChunsReef today and the waves were 2-4 feet on the sets. It didn't look to good from the beach but when I got out there it was lining up pretty good and it was fun. I saw Ned and Koa out there too. Today for the first half of my session I rode my longboard and the second half I shortboarded with Brice. Hopefully there's still some waves tmrw. Pretty good south swell this weekend!
