Tsunami

Thanks to the Tsunami warning we scored super fun waves at Dhead with only 3 guys out! It was good till 4pm when 100 guys paddled out.

Everybody checking out the Tsunami at Dhead. Too bad you could barely see it. But it was pretty cool watching the waves. All of a sudden it would be dry reef at lighthouse and 10 minutes later its super high tide.

Went to Donquijote in the morning to grab some food and drinks and it was packed!!! Once I got there I had Taco stand in line while I grabbed all the food and drinks. The line was all the way back about 200 ft. Crazy!

You can see its all high tide after the Tsunami. All this change in matter of 10 minutes! We got lucky this time but its better safe than sorry.

We have a Tsunami Warning for all the Islands in the pacific!!! If you are reading this, get off the computer and get to higher grounds!! This one could be serious!!!

South Shore

Came up a little bit today. Not that big but there was some 2 foot sets.

Country

Surfed Country today and it was solid 6 feet with some bigger sets. The waves were pretty good. It got real clean in the evening so it was fun. Also the sunset was real nice too. Lucky we live in Hawaii.

South Swell?

Supposed to get a small south bump tmrw. Hopefully 2 feet. Better than nothing.

Found this picture of the moke pulling in at Concession on the last south swell. The swell won't be like this but hopefully its 2 feet.

Finally watched the movie Avatar! It was sick! The movie was real cool and well worth the expensive $15. If you haven't watched it I would recommend it.

Valentines

I've been kind of sick lately so I haven't been surfing too much but somehow I managed to get Takako some chocolate for valentines. I've been sleeping a lot so now I have a lot of homework to do...

South Swell

Get waves in town! Solid 3 ft on the sets and pretty fun! Surfed Dhead this morning and it was pretty empty for D head. I head the evening was super crowded thou...
Surfed Concession in the evening and it seemed like the swell was still building. Hopefully the swell holds into tmrw!

Get waves in town! Dhead is 3ft on the sets with northerly tradewinds. Not that crowded to right now.

Ala Moana Report

The waves were small today. No signs of the south swell yet...

No south swell yet. Its only 1.5ft. Maybe later.

The waves today are 2 ft solid at Dhead with bumpy conditions. We have kona winds now and hopefully the wind switches north soon.
